NGS was contacted to do a set of 5 tests for a client in Alamo, CA.
The neighboring wells in this area were 300+- feet deep.
The yields were up to 12gpm.
The report that was sent to the client listed water at 410 feet deep with a 6+-gpm yield.
Because of the knowledge of the surrounding wells the client was nervous about drilling to 410 feet.
The driller completed a well to 440 feet with a reported yield of 40+gpm.
This was the deepest well in the area and the highest yield.
The driller said he drilled through a hard rock shelf and hit the water at 390 feet below ground surface.
