The rain will run out of our area and down the rivers at a very rapid rate to the ocean. The snow pack will melt slowly and we hope over a very long time. This slow melt will allow the water to filter down through the soil into the fractures and into the aquifers. This slow melt will help our wells in the months and years to come.
